
Having spent a year or so without a proper exercise programme I decided that one would benefit me and soasked Karolina Kaczor for some help in devising an exercise programme specific to my needs. After severalconsultations and an in depth questionnaire this was accomplished and since then I can truly say I wish I haddone it sooner. The results after 3 months have been quite astonishing. Not only do I feel more toned but myenergy levels have gone up, my flexibility improved and my cholesterol levels have decreased dramatically. Ifeel stronger and have more stamina and any back pain I had has been hugely reduced. I feel moreconfident in the use of the gym equipment knowing that the suggested exercises are specific to me and therefore safe. Overall a good decision taken!
JaneFollowing a hip replacement operation, I made the decision to join Edlesborough’s Gym on theGreen. I signed up with Karolina to guide me through the equipment and teach me what I needed tostrengthen muscle around my new hip and elsewhere. I chose well. Not only is she very well informed, I never felt uncomfortable around her. I’m not a lover of exercise but she encouraged me to keep it up and I quickly felt the benefits. It definitely makes me feel better, mentally as well asphysically. Karolina is great on advice, health tips and other feel good factors. She’s soknowledgeable and never ceases pushing herself to learn more which she’s happy to share withyou. I have total confidence that everything she told me to do works. It does work. Karolina isrefreshing and inspiring. She wasn’t recommended to me, I just hit the jackpot. She's punctual,reliable and considered my threshold instead of just pushing and pushing and putting me off. PatriciaOn reaching the age of 65 I realised that it was time to get myself into better shape for the yearsahead. I have read about muscle wastage and general decline as we get older and finally decidedit was time to act. I had not been in a gym for over 25 years. Karolina gave me the initial inductionto the gym to demonstrate the basics of using the equipment, and I then signed up for someprivate sessions for Karolina to tailor a set of exercises for me and to get me started in the rightdirection. I can highly recommend Karolina. She is highly knowledgeable and encouraging andmade the whole experience fun, and has given me the foundations to continue on my journey toget into better shape.

Following a bout of Post Covid and some newmedication I felt very weak especially in my legs when climbing the stairs and only able to do shortwalks. Now able to do both with ease especially my legs - able to walk long distances of 4 miles ormore without any problems. In general I feel much more healthy so very grateful for her help. ColinCoates
ColinI made the decision to work with Karolina following an initial consultation with her about my priorities and goals in the gym. I liked the fact she offered different PT options as well as a tailored workout programme which was designed around the improvements I wanted to make.
